Who will be my tutor?
Your tutor will depend on which course you take and will be assigned once you sign on for a course.

How long do I have to complete my course?
All of our courses are designed to be totally flexible with no time limit imposed for completion. Therefore studies can be completed at your own convenience.

What qualifications do I get?
It will depend on the course you take, but all completed courses provide you with an option to achieve an industry-recognised professional qualification.

Who is the ICB/ ACITP?
They are the association that grades your final assignment/ exam and provides you with a certificate upon completion of your course.

How will I get a student card?
You will receive a membership card from the association that you are enrolled with, i.e. ICB, ACITP, ITT.

Where do I send my homework assignments?
All assignments go directly to your tutor's freepost address.

How long should it take to mark my course work?
Allow 14 days from the date of posting for your tutor to mark and return you course work.

What times can I contact my tutor?
Depending on your course you can contact your tutor from 10am to 9pm Monday to Friday by telephone, or email.

Can I study from abroad?
Yes, our courses can be completed from anywhere via the Internet.

Is there an exam?
Many of our courses provide students with the option of taking a final exam. However this is not compulsory. Students have the option of taking a final examination through the relevant professional association.
